Apply for Admission

Requirements for Admission

All students must submit an application for admission on the date stipulated by the academy. They must meet the following requirements:

  1. An application for admission signed by the parent or guardian and by the student, accepting all the rules, regulations and principles of the academy.
  2. Copy of  birth certificate.
  3. Credit Transcript
  4. Original vaccination certificate (PVAC-3)
  5. Pre Kindergarten and Kindergarten will need to bring a psychometric test
  6. Bring two (2) 2 × 2 photos.
  7. Director’s Conduct Certification
  8. If the student is accepted, he / she must pay the entire tuition and assigned fee. In case of withdrawal during the first month of class the Academy will retain 50% of the total paid, after this month no refunds will be made.
  9. If the student is an Adventist, they must bring Membership Certification.
  10. Any other information or document that the school requires at the time of admission.
  11. You can download and fill the documents to complete the admission. Then you can bring them directly to the school or email them to jgonzalez@aadopr.com
Requirements for Re-Admission

All students must submit a request for re-entry on the date stipulated by the school of the current year. There will be no seat guarantee available for students whose parents have not complied with the enrollment.

You must comply with the following Re-entry requirements:

  1. An application for re-admission fully completed and signed by the parent or guardian and by the student ACCEPTING ALL THE RULES AND PRINCIPLES OF THE ACADEMY.
  2. This application must be accompanied by a minimum payment of $50.00. This deposit will be credited to the student’s enrollment if accepted. In case of not attending, the school will retain the deposit of $50.00 per seat separation.
  3. The balance of the tuition must be completed on or before July 15th. The academy may charge the full tuition if it is determined before the stipulated date.
  4. Comply with the vaccination requirements required by law.
  5. To be accepted this re-admission, you must have the accounts up to date.
  6. The student who has less than 70 merits, his admission will be determined by the Admissions Committee.
  7. Any other information or document necessary.
  8. If the student is an Adventist, he or she must bring Membership Certification.

Note: The academy reserves the right of admission. Students will be admitted to the school by the principal in accordance with the enrollment regulations adopted by the board of directors.
